Effective after the close of trading on February 14, 2024, ETF Managers Capital LLC, as the prior sponsor and commodity pool operator (the “Former Sponsor”) of the Trust, entered into an agreement (the “Transfer Agreement”) to resign as Sponsor to the Trust and transfer its role as the Trust’s sponsor to Amplify Investments LLC (“the Sponsor”).
