Company Overview We were incorporated as “Queensridge Mining Resources, Inc.” on January 29, 2010, in the State of Nevada for the purpose of engaging in mineral exploration. On July 21, 2014, we entered into a Merger Agreement with iWallet Corporation, a private California corporation, whereby we acquired all of the issued and outstanding common stock of iWallet Corporation through a subsidiary.
