On February 7, 2011, Greenmark Acquisition Corporation and Powerdyne, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Powerdyne Nevada”), merged with Greenmark as the surviving company. Powerdyne Nevada was formed in February 2010 in the State of Nevada and had limited operations until the time of its combination with Greenmark.
